HPC is a compact ASRS that simplifies automation through single-sided climbing and bi-directional picking. Robots navigate beneath racks, reducing aisle requirements and maximizing space utilization. Reaching up to 12 meters and handling up to 4,000 totes per hour, the system offers low energy consumption, minimal setup needs, and dual safety protection – making it both scalable and future-ready.

Designed for today’s fast-moving e-commerce landscape, HPC prioritizes rapid deployment and operational continuity. Its simplified rail structure, reduced infrastructure demands, and intuitive workstations enable facilities to go live quickly and adapt to changing volumes without major construction. These capabilities align strongly with the DACH region, where tight real estate, labor shortages, and highly dynamic SKU profiles require automation that can retrofit easily and scale without disruption.

HPC has already been validated through multiple large-scale deployments in Europe, including a new logistics hub for a Fortune 500 e-commerce leader in Poland, featuring 65 robots, 100,000+ storage locations, and over 300 orders processed per hour – a fourfold increase in fulfillment speed. The system also marks new milestones with Spain’s first HaiPick Climb installation. Its technical excellence has been recognized through awards such as the MTP Gold Medal & the Consumer’s Choice Award, and the Archies Awards for Excellence in Automation.
