ChannelEngine has unveiled its latest integration with SAP Order Management Foundation, enabling SAP OMF customers to streamline and optimize their multichannel operations across more than 950 sales channels globally. This new integration also introduces AI-driven features to enhance operational efficiency. Support for SAP Order Management Sourcing Availability (OMSA) is currently in development.

Currently ChannelEngine links businesses to over 950 marketplaces, automating order processing, inventory management, and pricing updates. The integration provides SAP users with seamless management across a global network of sales channels, including platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopee.

This integration automates inventory synchronization, order processing, shipping updates, and cancellations. By consolidating order management, businesses can reduce the complexities of handling multiple online sales channels, minimize the risk of overselling, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Upcoming features for enhanced inventory management

ChannelEngine is also working on OMSA support, which will enable real-time stock visibility, improve inventory accuracy, and boost product availability across all connected channels.

ChannelEngine offers AI tools designed to simplify tasks such as product categorization and content mapping between SAP and marketplace taxonomies. This functionality allows businesses to quickly expand to new sales channels without manual effort.

Additionally, ChannelEngine plans to integrate with SAP Omnichannel Pricing Promotion Service (OPPS), which will facilitate efficient management of pricing and promotions, helping businesses stay competitive across various channels.
