OTTO Launches Live Shopping App for Apple Vision Pro

As Apple Vision Pro makes its debut in Germany on July 12, OTTO is expanding its live shopping offering with an in-house developed app for Apple’s new spatial computer. “OTTO Live Shopping for Apple Vision Pro” allows customers to explore numerous products in 3D, through live shopping shows using augmented reality (AR), before they buy them. 

Designed specifically for seamless operation on the Apple Vision Pro, the “OTTO Live Shopping for Apple Vision Pro” app offers users an intuitive interface to navigate through live shows, view products in 3D, and make immediate purchases. Orders placed through the app are swiftly delivered within one to two working days across Germany, depending on the availability of goods. 

To release the app, OTTO is cooperating with renowned partners such as the LEGO® brand and Miele, who are providing 3D models of selected products. OTTO Advertising is responsible for the production and marketing of the new live shopping offering. When the Apple Vision Pro launches in Germany on July 12, the app will be available for free download at the Apple Vision Pro App Store.

With its high-end technology, the Apple Vision Pro is an ideal addition to OTTO’s live shopping offering. The real-time integration of realistic, animated 3D models of the products is fundamentally changing the way we experience online shopping.
