Amazon conducted a grocery subscription pilot with Prime members in Columbus, Ohio; Denver, Colorado; and Sacramento, California, in late 2023. In a recent survey of pilot participants, over 85% expressed extreme or high satisfaction with the unlimited free delivery benefit.
