Andrea Lederer, CDO at Weleda

Andrea is a digital strategist who scales businesses in global markets. From the founding teams of Amazon Fashion and Kindle in Europe to her current role as CDO at Weleda, she has led transformations and international P&Ls. She specialises in scalable operating models, double-digit growth and AI efficiency. As an e-commerce expert and empathetic leader, Andrea bridges the gap between innovation and commercial success.

Stefanie Nover, Director Marketplace at Breuninger

With extensive experience in previous roles as Head of Buying & Merchandising, she brings a deep understanding of wholesale dynamics to her current role. At Breuninger, she is scaling the marketplace business, introducing new categories, preparing for international expansion, and unlocking fresh opportunities. Juliane Kappel, CEO at HelloFresh DACH

Juliane Kappel is Managing Director and Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for HelloFresh in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Juliane has been with HelloFresh for over eight years and, prior to her current role, led teams in customer loyalty and marketing.
Juliane Kappel has almost twenty years of experience in customer loyalty, product, e-commerce, marketing and sales. Before joining HelloFresh, she worked at TPC – Nestlé Skin Health and various marketing and communications agencies.

Larissa Schmid, Co-founder & CEO at saint sass

Larissa Schmid is Co-Founder and CEO of saint sass, a Berlin-based DTC brand known for its statement tights. Since 2021, she has been building an internationally successful brand together with Vivien Wysocki, generating millions in revenue in the U.S. Celebrities such as Madonna, Paris Hilton, and Kendall Jenner are also fans of the brand. Her focus is on growth and finance.

Caroline Renée Kroll, CEO & Co-Founder at Nø Cosmetics

Miriam Jacks, Founder & CEO at JACKS beauty line

Miriam Jacks is the founder and CEO of JACKS beauty line, a Berlin-based beauty brand known for its handcrafted, vegan makeup brushes as well as its makeup and skincare products. With over 15 years of experience as a makeup artist and brand builder, she combines creativity, emotional storytelling, and a values-driven approach to leadership. Her work focuses on creating beauty products that empower people while promoting authenticity, sustainability, and conscious entrepreneurship.

She took on leadership responsibilities at the age of 22 and later managed teams of up to 200 employees. That’s exactly what Christina Skoeries (Director E-Commerce) and Elena Kelava (Head of Customer Marketing) are doing by giving up their own speaking slot at E-Commerce Berlin Expo 2026 and handing it over to six women you absolutely should hear from.
