Choosing a supplement fulfillment provider in Europe means more than shipping on time. The warehouse must also select the correct batch and check expiry dates. Some buyers pay online, while others pay when their parcel arrives. These details affect product quality, customer satisfaction and the money a brand receives from each order.
This article compares 5 fulfillment providers: WAPI, Green Logistics, 3PLUK, Bolian Logistics and Fulfillment Nutra. The comparison focuses on businesses that sell in several European countries and use both prepaid orders and cash on delivery, or COD. It also includes one option for brands launching their first supplement line.
How the supplement fulfillment providers were compared: 12 criteria
The comparison uses company websites, their published customer reviews and public service information provided by WAPI. All information was checked in October 2026 and reflects the services the providers describe publicly. It does not include warehouse inspections or test orders.
All 5 providers are compared across 12 criteria:
- Cash on delivery (COD) availability
- Batch and expiry records when stock arrives
- Separate supplement storage
- Supplement customer examples
- Barcode labels
- Amazon preparation
- Clear fees
- Storage charges based on space
- Software and AI tools
- Account-manager support
- Manufacturing and VAT help
- Support from production to delivery
The main priorities are stock control, suitable storage and reliable order handling. COD and services across several countries are also important for the businesses considered here. Manufacturing contacts and AI tools can provide extra help. Each brand should decide how much these additional services matter to its own operation.
In the table, “Ask” means that publicly available information does not confirm the exact service or terms. It does not mean that the company cannot provide the service. Details about services come from the providers themselves. Customer reviews describe individual projects, so their results may differ from those of other clients.
Supplement fulfillment providers at a glance: COD, batch control, storage and Amazon FBA
The table covers 4 key services. The remaining criteria are covered in each provider’s section.
| Provider | Best for | Batch and expiry | Storage | Cash on delivery | Amazon FBA prep |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. WAPI Top pick | Multi-country sales with COD | Tracking and FEFO; by agreement at some sites | Separate supplement storage; no cold chain | 19 markets, weekly EUR payouts | Yes, plus FBM from the same stock |
| 2. Green Logistics | Imports through the Netherlands | Batch and expiry records | Temperature-controlled | Ask | Ask |
| 3. 3PLUK | Same-day dispatch and flexible storage | Batch-to-order records, BBE alerts | Bins and shelves; ask about separation | Ask | Ask (Amazon orders connected) |
| 4. Bolian Logistics | Spain region and parapharmacy services | FEFO for cosmetics; ask for supplements | Ask | Ask | Ask (Amazon connected) |
| 5. Fulfillment Nutra | Beginners launching a first brand | COA for catalog products; ask about FEFO | Catalog stock; no own inventory needed | Ask | Ask (Shopify connected) |
FEFO = first expired, first out. BBE = best-before-end date. FBA / FBM = Fulfillment by Amazon / by Merchant.
1. WAPI: best for multi-country sales with COD
WAPI offers supplement storage, order handling, Amazon preparation and COD collection. The company works with high-volume ecommerce brands and fast-scaling sellers in the supplement, health, beauty and cosmetics sectors.
16+ warehouses, 29 delivery markets, 19 with COD
According to its service information, WAPI has:
- 16+ warehouses in 8 countries, including the UK;
- delivery to 29 markets;
- COD in 19 markets: 18 in Europe plus Mexico.
Brands should check both the warehouse locations and the delivery countries they need.
Weekly COD payouts and failed-delivery alerts
WAPI supports sales through online stores and marketplaces. Buyers can pay before delivery or use COD where it is available. For COD orders, WAPI describes:
- weekly payments to sellers in euros;
- payment reports for each order;
- alerts to the seller’s call center when a delivery fails;
- requests for another delivery attempt.

Batch, expiry and storage controls
Batch tracking and FEFO picking
WAPI offers batch and expiry tracking and uses FEFO: products with the earliest expiry date are sent first. Tracking is standard at some warehouses and needs a separate agreement at others.
Separate storage, barcode labels and Amazon FBA
Supplements are stored separately from other goods, including cleaning products and chemicals. The service includes barcode labels and preparation for Amazon FBA. Amazon FBM orders can use the same stock.
Pickup monitoring, refusal reports and AI checks
The software helps teams:
- monitor parcels waiting at pickup points and contact buyers before the collection period ends;
- compare COD refusals by country and period;
- plan deliveries around holidays.
AI tools check product size and weight data and flag possible delivery problems. Staff still need to review alerts and decide what to do.
Space-based storage fees and same-day chat support
Storage charges are based on the space used. WAPI states that its quotes include 8 separate cost items. Account managers answer questions in chat during the same working day. WAPI can also introduce brands to manufacturing and VAT partners. These are separate companies, so the services and responsibilities of each partner need to be agreed.
Customer example: Body Essentials on Clutch
A verified Clutch review provides an example from the supplement sector. In February 2025, Body Essentials described using WAPI in 6 European markets. The brand reported more than 95% on-time delivery and 99% order accuracy. These figures are the client’s reported results for that project. They are not a promise of the same results for every customer.
Questions to ask WAPI before signing
WAPI covers most supplement needs, but confirm these points in writing:
- Minimum volume. No minimum is stated publicly. Ask whether there is a minimum number of orders or amount of stock to start, and whether fees change below that level.
- Temperature. WAPI does not offer a cold chain. Ask about the temperature range in standard storage, including in summer, and check that it suits your products.
- Shelf-life rules. Agree how batches will be recorded and how much shelf life must remain before an item can be shipped.
2. Green Logistics: best for imports through the Netherlands
Batch tracking and temperature-controlled storage
Green Logistics describes supplement fulfillment with batch tracking, expiry monitoring and live stock information. Its supplement page also states that temperature-controlled storage is available.
Relabeling, repacking and product sets
The company can:
- add or replace labels;
- repack goods;
- create product sets;
- include printed materials in parcels.
It also provides a dedicated contact person. These services can help brands prepare imported products for different stores or sales channels.

Bonded warehouses, customs and VAT help
Green Logistics also offers bonded warehouses, where goods are stored under customs control, and has its own customs staff. Its published services include help with VAT formalities and registrations. Brands importing finished goods into Europe can discuss these services together with storage and delivery. This does not mean that Green Logistics manufactures the products.
Questions to ask Green Logistics
In addition to the general checklist below, confirm:
- whether FEFO is used for picking, not only batch and expiry records;
- the temperature range, how it is monitored and the conditions during transport;
- whether labeling services include barcode labels, not only other types of labels.
3. 3PLUK: best for same-day dispatch and flexible storage
Same-day dispatch and bin, shelf or bulk storage
3PLUK has warehouses in the UK and the Netherlands. It offers:
- storage in bins, on shelves and in larger warehouse areas;
- same-day dispatch for orders received before an agreed deadline.
Batch-to-order records and best-before alerts
For supplements, 3PLUK describes clear records that connect stock to orders. The company says it can identify which batch or lot was sent in each order. Its 3plukCORE system also records best-before dates and sends alerts when dates are close or stock is low.
Amazon order integration
The Amazon connection sends orders to the fulfillment system and keeps stock data updated. 3PLUK also provides reports and a dedicated account manager. However, shipping orders to Amazon customers is different from preparing stock for Amazon warehouses, and its Amazon integration page confirms only the order connection.
Questions to ask 3PLUK
In addition to the general checklist below, confirm:
- how the warehouse chooses between batches and how staff find batch data in 3plukCORE (ask for a demo);
- whether 3PLUK prepares stock for Amazon FBA, not only Amazon orders;
- whether it works with supplement brands, as its published case studies cover other product types.
4. Bolian Logistics: best for Spain and health products
Parapharmacy experience in Spain
Bolian Logistics offers ecommerce fulfillment in Spain and Europe. Its parapharmacy service, for health products often sold through pharmacies, covers stock records, order tracking and returns. Published customer examples include PromoFarma and Pierre Fabre, which show experience in a related sector.
Batch and FEFO controls for cosmetics
Bolian describes batch tracking, expiry controls and FEFO for cosmetics. These are useful systems for any product with an expiry date.
Marketplace integrations and a 3-part fee
Bolian connects with online stores and marketplaces, including Amazon. It describes 3 main charges:
- a monthly fee;
- a cost per order;
- storage.
Its homepage presents the service for businesses with at least 500 orders per month.
Questions to ask Bolian Logistics
In addition to the general checklist below, confirm:
- that Bolian accepts your supplement range and that your volume meets its 500-orders-per-month starting point;
- that the batch, expiry and FEFO controls described for cosmetics also apply to supplements at the proposed warehouse, with suitable storage conditions.
5. Fulfillment Nutra: best for beginners
Private-label catalog with no starting inventory
Fulfillment Nutra combines a private-label supplement catalog with order fulfillment. Brands choose capsules, gummies or powders from the catalog, add their own label and connect their online store. The company then prepares and ships eligible orders to customers in Europe and the US. A new brand does not have to buy and store its own stock before the first sale.
Dropshipping from 1 unit and pay-per-order billing
The service supports dropshipping from 1 unit, so each eligible order is handled individually. Fulfillment Nutra describes a low entry point:
- a free account, with the catalog visible before registration;
- an invoice for each order, paid before the order is fulfilled;
- wholesale and bulk production when sales grow.
Shopify connection, label studio and quality documents
Paid Shopify orders are synchronized with the platform. A brand studio helps create labels and product mockups. For quality and compliance, the company lists certificates of analysis (COA), label reviews and market checks. These tools reduce the number of suppliers a first-time brand has to coordinate.
Limits to consider
Fulfillment Nutra states that delivery countries depend on the product, where the stock is held and current restrictions, so not every country is available. US and EU catalog items can follow different delivery routes. Fulfillment also does not cover marketing: the brand remains responsible for its offer, traffic and customer relationships. Public information focuses on products from its own catalog, which suits a first launch more than an established brand with its own formulas.
Questions to ask Fulfillment Nutra
In addition to the general checklist below, confirm:
- whether it can store and ship products you manufacture elsewhere, or only items from its catalog;
- how batch numbers, expiry dates and FEFO are handled for catalog products;
- which European countries are available for your chosen products and whether COD is offered;
- the full cost per order, including shipping, taxes and third-party fees.
Checklist: what to confirm with any provider
To compare proposals fairly, give every provider the same information:
- product list and product codes or SKUs;
- monthly order volume;
- destination countries and payment methods;
- packaging needs and the amount of stock you expect to store.
Ask each company to base its quote on the same figures. Then confirm the points that providers often leave open in public information:
- separate storage for supplements, away from chemicals and cleaning products;
- an example of work with a supplement brand;
- COD countries, how payments are matched to orders and when money reaches you;
- Amazon FBA preparation, if you sell through Amazon.
Test batch handling with a 2-batch example
Use an example with 2 batches of the same product and different expiry dates. Ask the provider to show how staff record incoming stock and select a batch for an order. Check the minimum shelf-life rule and the link between batches and shipped orders. Also agree how damaged goods and returns are handled, and who decides whether returned items can be sold again.

Compare the cost of a delivered and paid order
Ask for separate prices for each stage of the order:
- receiving goods and storage;
- picking, packaging and labels;
- marketplace preparation;
- returns and payment collection.
Check minimum charges and extra fees. For COD, include the cost of failed deliveries and the time needed to receive the collected money.
Review the software screens and support process
Ask to see the screens your team will use. These should show stock by batch and country, products close to expiry, payment status and delivery problems. For AI tools, ask what the system checks and who reviews its alerts. Agree a main contact, support hours and a clear process for urgent issues.
Assign responsibility for manufacturing, VAT and imports
If the proposal includes manufacturing, VAT help or import services, identify the company responsible for each task. Confirm what each company will do, what it will charge and which documents it needs. Acceptance into a warehouse does not confirm that a product can be sold in every destination market.
Verdict: which provider fits your brand
WAPI is the best overall choice in this comparison for supplement brands that do not need refrigerated storage and sell in several European countries. It is the only provider here with confirmed COD coverage: 19 markets with weekly payouts. It also combines batch and expiry controls, separate supplement storage, Amazon FBA preparation, delivery software and same-day account support in one service.

For narrower needs, the other providers are strong alternatives:
- Temperature-sensitive products: Green Logistics, which describes temperature-controlled storage.
- Imports through the Netherlands with customs and VAT help: Green Logistics.
- Same-day dispatch and flexible storage options: 3PLUK.
- Spain as the main market, with 500+ orders per month: Bolian Logistics.
- A first supplement brand without your own stock: Fulfillment Nutra.
Whichever provider you choose, agree to all costs and responsibilities before your first shipment.
