Rossmann, a popular drugstore chain, is testing collection stations in its stores to meet the increasing demand for Click & Collect services. This move aims to save customers time by allowing them to order online and pick up their items in-store without stress or long queues.

According to a company press release, after placing a Click & Collect order on rossmann.de, customers receive a QR and PIN code via email. These codes allow customers to pick up their packages independently and contactlessly at the designated pick-up station within the selected store.

However, pick-ups are limited to store opening hours. Rossmann is integrating these stations into their photo world departments, providing a central location for both services.
